Thank you for shopping Blueberry.  For us to help you as efficiently as possible, please contact Blueberryxx or Sophia Harlow with a detailed IM or notecard.  Below is a list of questions that some of you may have <3

 - I need an update or redelivery. How do I get them?

There is a redelivery system in the store right at the entrance on the wall.

For updates, if you do not have the purchase information or your item does not show up in redelivery, simply take a screenshot of the part of your inventory that shows the product you already own and need to update and notecard it to either Blueberryxx or Sophia Harlow.  We will send it over as soon as we are able to.

- What is the best and fastest way to get support?

Please contact Sophia Harlow via notecard with all transaction information. Additionally, you can contact Blueberryxx.

-  How do I find my transaction history?

Sign into your account on SecondLife.com - Account - L$ Transaction History.
Please search through there for your transaction history for the item in question and copy/paste it to a notecard.

- Help me! My mesh body is poking out of my Blueberry clothes!

 Sometimes in order to make sure the folds are other details aren't stretching in an ugly way we have to give it smoother weights than the body itself. Please wear the HUD provided in your mesh bodies and get to the Alpha tab and simply click on the little sectioned areas to alpha off those spots.

- How can I use my store credit?

 You will receive 5% free store credit every time you purchase something from Blueberry. That includes marketplace and event purchases. When you have saved up enough credit you can pay for an item with your store credit without spending your lindens. You can do this by right clicking any product and clicking Menu - then once the blue menu screen pops up -  pick Use Credits.

- How do I gift Blueberry items?

Right click an item, pick menu - then once the blue menu screen pops up - pick Gift To. Then type in the name of your friend, click submit. In your nearby chat - you will have a message stating they found your friend and to please pay the vendor for the item so it can be gifted.

- How can I use the Gift Cards?

Please add your card to your hud and simply click it. You do not need to be in the store to redeem your gift card, you can redeem it anywhere.

- How do I buy a Gift Card?

As you enter the hallway there is a sign in front and to the left that says GIFT CARD. Click the sign and a BLUE pop up menu will show asking if you wish to purchase a Gift Card. Click YES and accept the object it sends to you. In your OBJECTS folder you will see an item that says BLUEBERRY GIFT CARD, 'wear' that object. Another BLUE pop up menu with various money values showing ~ choose the amount you wish to gift OR enter and amount of your choice in 'other'.  Then PAY the Gift Card sign by right-clicking on the sign on the wall as before and choose Pay.  Detach the Gift Card you are wearing and gift it. You have a limited amount of time in which to carry out your transaction, so you may have begin again in some cases.


- How do I check or add to my store credit?

In the entrance hallway there is a sign that says Check & Add Your Blueberry Store Credit Here. Click it and your credit balance will pop up in the nearby chat.

To add to your credit, please pay the same sign the amount of Lindens you want added to your store credit.
