- I need an update or redelivery. How do I get them?
There are a few ways to grab an update or redelivery.
1 - There is a redelivery system in the store right at the entrance on the wall.
You can also redeliver an item that was gifted to you or redeliver a gift you sent to a friend.
2 - Some of the latest releases have a Redelivery option right on the hud. Just press that and bam - redelivery is on its way
3 - Use a Redelivery Hud. We send them out at least once a month, check notices to grab yours or contact Sophia Harlow for one.
For updates, if you do not have the purchase information or your item does not show up in redelivery, simply take a screenshot of the part of your inventory that shows the product you already own and need to update and notecard it to either Blueberryxx or Sophia Harlow. We will send it over as soon as we are able to.
